Aaron Charles Rodgers is an American midfielder with the National Football Federation's Green Bay Packers. Rodgers played college football for the California Golden Bears, where he set several career success records, including his one-season interception rate and his lowest career interception rate. He was selected in the first round of the 2005 NFL Draft by Packers. After helping Brett Favre through the first three years of his NFL career, Rodgers became the Packers' starting midfielder in 2008. In 2010, he led them to win Super Bowl XLV against Pittsburgh Steelers, winning the MVP. Super Bowl. He was voted Player of the Year by the Associated Press in 2011 and was named Tournament MVP by the Associated Press for the 2011, 2014 and 2020 NFL seasons
