Andrew Scott Rannells is an American film, theater, television and voice actor. Rannells was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actor in Musical Performance for his role as Elder Price in the Broadway musical The Book of Mormon 2011. He won the 2012 Grammy Award for the album. Best Piece as Outstanding Solo Artist in the original Broadway Recording of the Musical. He received his second Tony nomination in 2017 for his performance as a Whizzer in the 2016 Broadway revival of Falsettos. Other Broadway credits include Hairspray, Hamilton, Hedwig and Angry Inch, Jersey Boys and The Boys in the Band.
