Colin Steele McRae, is a Scottish runner. He was the British Rally Champion in 1991 and 1992, and in 1995 he became the first and youngest Scotsman to win the World Rally Championship rally. With 25 WRC wins, McRae holds the record for most wins in the series. McRae's performance with the Subaru World Rally team earned the team the title of producer of the World Circuit Championship three times in a row in 1995, 1996 and 1997.
