Ehsan Sehgal is a Pakistani-Dutch poet and writer. His literary works include Zarb-e-Sukhan and Rah-e-Danish.

About Ehsan Sehgal
A Pakistani poet, author, journalist and activist, he is particularly known for his Urdu poetry collection, Zarb-e-Sukhan. He also edited Tamseel, a Pakistani magazine.
He studied law and worked as an attorney for a time before pursuing his journalistic and literary interests.
He moved to The Netherlands in 1978 to escape the political strife in Pakistan.
He married Rubina Sehgal (known as Hetty before her conversion to Islam). He and Sehgal became parents to two children.
He and fellow Pakistani national, Jemima Khan, both worked as journalists.
