Eric Scott Norris is an American former stock car racing driver and stuntman. He won the 2002 NASCAR Winston West Series Championship. Norris is also a director and directed several episodes of the TV-series Walker, Texas Ranger.

He began racing with his father in 1982 in the SCORE Off-Road Series, and after studying at Arizona State joined the Craftsman Truck Series.

He performed stunts in his father's series, as well as in the films National Treasure and Office Space.
