About Evan Dunham
UFC lightweight who made his debut with the organization in 2009. Over a five-fight span between 2010 and 2012, three of his UFC bouts earned Fight of the Night honors.
He grew up wrestling and started studying jiu-jitsu in 2000. He started competing in amateur MMA fights in 2006 before going pro in 2007.
He's a graduate of the University of Oregon and spent time working in construction and computer installation before his fighting career took off.
He was born to Bob and Delyn and has an older brother. His father is a dentist, which has come in handy for Dunham.
Sean Sherk, in a controversial split decision, handed Dunham his first career loss. Dunham had started his career 11-0.
