Gail Matthius is an American actress, voice actress and comedian. She was a cast member of NBC's Saturday Night Live during its critical and ratings low point at the time, and co-anchored the Weekend Update segment with Charles Rocket in 1981.

Known best during the early 1980s for her work on Saturday Night Live, this comedienne also appeared in several other sketch comedy programs, including Laugh Trax and Assaulted Nuts. Also a voice actress, she contributed to animated series such as Animaniacs and Tiny Toon Adventures.
