Jacob Ward is an American science and technology journalist. In 2018, he became a technology reporter for NBC News, covering the social impacts of this technology. He is the editor-in-chief of Popular Science magazine and from 2013 to 2018, he served as science and technology correspondent for Al Jazeera America and Al Jazeera English. In 2018, he became a member of the Center for Advanced Research in Behavioral Science at Stanford University, sponsored by the Berggruen Institute.
