Jason Bateman

Jason Kent Bateman is an American actor, director and producer. He started acting on television in the early 1980s in Little House on the Prairie, Silver Spoons, and The Hogan Family. In the 2000s, he was best known for his role as Michael Bluth on the sitcom Arrested Development, for which he won the Golden Globe and Satellite Awards. He has also appeared in the films Teen Wolf Too, The Break-Up, Juno, Hancock, Up in the Air, Couples Retreat, Extract, The Switch, Horrible Bosses and its suites, The Gift, Office Christmas. Party, Zootopia and Night Game. Bateman made his directorial debut with the dark comedy Bad Words, in which he also starred. Since then, he has directed and starred in The Family Fang and the Netflix crime drama series Ozark. Bateman received the Primetime Emmy Award for Best Director for a Dramatic Series 2019 from Director Ozark and won the Screen Actors Association Award for his performance.
