Kelly M. Schulz is an American politician and serves as the Secretary of the Maryland Department of Commerce. She previously served as Secretary of the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. She was formerly a member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 4A in Frederick County, Maryland.
