Liang Chow

Liang Chow is a former Chinese gymnast. He is the founder, owner and head coach of the Chowoli Academy of Gymnastics and Dance in West Des Moines, Iowa. He is best known for coaching 2008 Olympic Balance Beam Champion Shawn Johnson and 2012 Individual Olympic Almighty Champion Gabby Douglas. He has coached senior American gymnast Norah Flatley and Rachel Gowey and low-end American gymnast Victoria Nguyen. He is currently the head coach of the Chinese National Women's Gymnastics Team.
