Ramin Karimloo is an Iranian-Canadian actor, singer and songwriter, best known for his work in the West End, London. He played male roles in the two longest-running West End musicals: The Ghost and Raoul, Vicomte de Chagny in Theater Ghost, and Jean Valjean, Enjolras and Marius Pontmercy in Les Misérables. It also stems from his roles as Gleb in Anastasia and Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Love Never Dies, continuing the Phantom story. He is also known to many Phantom fans for his role as Phantom in his 25th anniversary concert The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall, which was shown live in theaters around the world in October 2011., opposite Sierra Boggess and Hadley Fraser as Christine Daaé and Raoul de Chagny, respectively. He made his Broadway debut as Jean Valjean in the 2014 re-release of Les Misérables, in which he was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actor in a musical.

Stage actor who starred in London productions of Les Misérables and The Phantom of the Opera, and played the iconic Phantom in Love Never Dies.
He began his career playing in rock bands after graduating from Alexander Mackenzie High School in Ontario, Canada, later performing in theatre companies for Airtours and P&O Cruises.
He starred as the Phantom in Love Never Dies, a sequel to The Phantom of the Opera, a role that earned him the distinction of Best Actor in the 2010 Broadway.com Awards.
He had two sons, Hadley and Jaiden, with wife Mandy.
He played the titular character in The Phantom of the Opera on stage, the same role Gerard Butler played in the 2004 film adaptation.
