Saúl Craviotto Rivero is a Spanish sprint kayak that has been racing since the mid-2000s. He won four Olympic medals: a 500-meter K-2 gold medal with Carlos Pérez at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, a 200-meter K-1 silver medal at the Summer Olympics in Beijing. 2012 in London, a gold medal in K-2 200m with Cristian Toro at the 2016 Summer Olympics and 200m K-1 bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. He carries the flag of Spain at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympics. Craviotto also won seven medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with three gold, two silver and two bronze. Craviotto started kayaking at the age of 7, following in his father's footsteps and competing with him in the K-2 events. He is married to Celia García and has a daughter Valentina. He proposed to his wife at the 2012 Olympics at Piccadilly Circus the next day to win an Olympic silver medal. He's a policeman in Gijón.
