Nigerian professional soccer player made famous as a forward for Union Berlin and the Nigeria national team, among a number of others. He joined Union Berlin on loan from Liverpool in 2020 and rejoined the club on a permanent basis the following year. His playing style has been compared to that of Nigerian forward Rashidi Yekini.
He was a member of the Imperial Soccer Academy during his youth career.
He scored four goals in the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup, helping lead Nigeria to victory in the tournament. He and his teammates for Nigeria also saw victory in the 2015 African U-20 Championship.
He has been married to Taiwo Jesudun since 2018.
He and Soccer Player Rani Khedira have played as teammates for Union Berlin.
