Thomas Sawyer is the main character in Mark Twain's novel The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. He appeared in three other Twain novels: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Tom Sawyer Abroad, and Tom Sawyer, The Detective. Sawyer has also appeared in at least three unfinished works by Twain, Huck and Tom Among the Indians, Schoolhouse Hill, and Tom Sawyerer's Conspiracy.
