Wonga Philip Harris is an American conductor, comedian, actress, voice actress, singer and songwriter. He was the conductor and pioneer of radio sitcoms, first The Jack Benny Program, then on The Phil Harris-Alice Faye Show, in which he co-starred with his wife, actress-singer Alice Faye, for eight years. Harris is also known for his voice acting roles in animated films. As a voice actor, he played Baloo in The Jungle Book, Thomas O'Malley in The Aristocats, Little John in Robin Hood and Patou in Rock-a-Doodle. As a singer, he recorded a new number 1 record, "The Thing".
