James Edward Kelly is a former American football midfielder who played in the National Football League for 11 seasons with the Buffalo Bills. He also played two seasons with the Houston Gamblers in the United States Football League. One of six midfielders in the first round of the 1983 NFL Draft, Kelly was selected as the 14th final by the Bills.
