Thomas Raymond Flores is a former professional American football coach and player. After retiring as a coach, he has been a broadcaster for over twenty years. He and Mike Ditka are the only two people in National Rugby League history to win the Super Bowl as a player, assistant coach and head coach. Flores was also the first Hispanic midfielder and the first minority head coach in professional football history to win the Super Bowl. While he may not have an official background, Flores is also recognized as the only head coach to win the Super Bowl with the same team in Oakland and Los Angeles. From 1997 to 2018, Flores was a broadcaster for Raiders Radio Network. Flores was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021

He was a football player at Fresno City College, where he was also involved in extracurricular activities, a trait he would carry throughout his professional career.
With the Buffalo Bills, he won the AFL Championship in 1969, served as an assistant coach with the Super Bowl XI Champion Oakland Raiders, and was the Raiders' head coach during Super Bowl XV.
