Ordinary Magic is a 1993 Canadian film about a boy who is raised in India by his father. The story is based on the novel Ganesh by Malcolm Bosse with Canada substituting in the film for the book's Midwestern USA location. This marks the debut of Ryan Reynolds.

A young boy named Jeffrey has just started living with his Aunt in Canada. As a child, his father was an activist and taught him many ideals that he would hold closely to him forever. One of the many ideals that was instilled in him was to always stand up for justice.
