Dado Villa-Lobos ist ein belgischer brasilianischer Musiker, der vor allem als ehemaliger Gitarrist der Post-Punk-Band Legião Urbana bekannt ist. Zusammen mit dem Sänger Renato Russo und dem Schlagzeuger Marcelo Bonfá gehörte er zu den Gründungsmitgliedern dieser Gruppe, die sich 1982 in Brasilia formierte. Villa-Lobos blieb während aller Alben bei der Gruppe. Ihr Studio, bis sich die Gruppe nach 1996 auflöste. Russos Tod. 2005 veröffentlichte er sein erstes Soloalbum Jardim de Cáctus, produziert von Laufer. Am 30. Mai 2012 nahmen sie mit Wagner Moura an der Legião Urbana-Verehrung teil, wo sie während der Präsentation mit einem Fan zusammenstießen. Er ist der Enkel von Heitor Villa-Lobos.
