Richard Donald Barnes ist ein US-amerikanischer Rocksänger und Gitarrist und eines der Gründungsmitglieder der Southern Rock Band 38 Special. Barnes hat die Lead-Vocals für mehrere der größten Hits der Band gesungen, darunter "Rockin 'into the Night", "Hold On Loosely", "Caught Up in You", "If I've Been the One", "Back Where You .".
