Francis William Leahy ist ein US-amerikanischer American-Football-Spieler, Trainer, Sportdirektor und professioneller Sportdirektor. Er war von 1939 bis 1940 Head Football Coach am Boston College und von 1941 bis 1943 sowie von 1946 bis 1953 an der University of Notre Dame und stellte einen College-Football-Rekord auf. Seine Gewinnrate von 864 ist die zweitbeste in der Geschichte des NCAA Division I Fußballs, hinter Knute Rockne, dem irischen Notre Dame Fighting-Trainer, mit dem Leahy zwischen 1928 und 1930 spielte.
