Giorgos Kapoutzidis is a Greek actor and screenwriter. He is the author of the critically successful Saturday TV series born at the time and in the Greek country, one of the most successful shows in the history of Greek television, the finale attracts 3 million viewers. He won three television awards, for best screenplay, for the Savatogennimenes and Sto Para Pente series. In May 2006, he was commentator for the Greek television channel ERT at the 51st Eurovision Song Contest, which was held in Athens. He also wrote the screenplay for hosts Maria Menounos and Sakis Rouvas in the semi-finals and the final. Since 2013, he has been commentator for the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation, during the Eurovision Song Contest, alongside radio producer Maria Kozakou.
