Kebby Sililo Kambu Musokotwane war ein Politiker aus Sambia. Er war Mitglied der United National Independence Party und einer der engsten Verbündeten des ehemaligen Präsidenten Kenneth Kaunda. Von 1981 bis 1982 war er Finanzminister. Musokotwane war vom 24. April 1985 bis 15. März 1989 der 5. Premierminister von Sambia. Anschließend wurde er Generalsekretär der UNIP. Als Kaunda 1992 nach der Wahlniederlage der Partei 1991 als Parteivorsitzender zurücktrat, wurde Musokotwane mit Kaundas Unterstützung zum Parteivorsitzenden gewählt. 1993 wurde er in einen Skandal verwickelt, als er zugab, dass sich eine radikale Fraktion der Partei verschworen hatte, um die neue Regierung von Frederick Chiluba zu stürzen.
