Kezia Alexandra Ross Dugdale is a Scottish politician who served as the leader of the Scottish Labor Party from 2015 to 2017. Formerly a member of the Scottish Labor and Cooperation Party, she was a Member of the Scottish Parliament for Lothian region from 2011 to 2019. Born in Aberdeen and raised in Dundee, Dugdale studied law at the University of Aberdeen and studied politics at the University of Edinburgh, where she is a campaign and welfare advisor. She was elected in the 2011 Scottish Parliament elections of the Lothian Regional list and became deputy head of the Scottish Labor Party in 2014.
