Ralph Webster Yarborough war ein US-amerikanischer Politiker und Rechtsanwalt. Er war ein demokratischer Politiker von Texas, der von 1957 bis 1971 im Senat der Vereinigten Staaten diente und ein Führer des progressiven Flügels seiner Partei war. Zusammen mit dem Mehrheitsführer des Senats, Lyndon B. Yarborough stimmte für die Civil Rights Acts von 1957, 1960, 1964 und 1968 sowie für den 24. Zusatz zur US-Verfassung, den Voting Rights Act von 1965 und die Bestätigung von Thurgood Marshall vor dem Obersten Gerichtshof der USA. Zusammen mit Stuart Symington aus Missouri und Mike Monroney aus Oklahoma war Yarborough einer von nur drei Südsenatoren, die für alle fünf Gesetzesentwürfe stimmten. Yarborough wurde in Chandler, Texas, geboren und war nach seinem Abschluss an der University of Texas School of Law in El Paso als Rechtsanwalt tätig.
