Stanley Getz ist ein US-amerikanischer Jazzsaxophonist, der professionell als Stan Getz bekannt ist. Getz spielt hauptsächlich auf dem Tenorsaxophon und ist aufgrund seines lyrischen und warmen Klangs als "The Sound" bekannt, dessen Haupteinfluss das weiche und anmutige Timbre von Idol Lester Young ist.
