Stephan Douglas Jenkins ist ein US-amerikanischer Singer-Songwriter, Gitarrist und Leadsänger der alternativen Rockband Third Eye Blind. Jenkins begann seine Musikkarriere 1992 mit dem kurzen Rap-Duo Puck and Natty zusammen mit dem Detroit-Rapper Herman Anthony Chunn. Nachdem sich das Duo getrennt hatte, gründeten Jenkins und der Gitarrist Kevin Cadogan 1993 Third Eye Blind. Die Band veröffentlichte 1997 ihr gleichnamiges Debüt-Studioalbum und erreichte mehrere Platin-Platten in den USA. Seitdem haben sie fünf weitere Alben veröffentlicht: Blue, Out of the Vein, Ursa Major, Dopamine und Screamer. Im Rahmen des Third Eye Blind erhielt Jenkins einen Billboard Music Award und acht California Music Awards. Jenkins debütierte 2001 als Solokünstlerin in Run-DMCs Single "Rock Show". Jenkins veröffentlichte auch ein Live-Album, Live at Amoeba, als eigenständigen Vinyl Record Store Day. Rechte im Jahr 2016. Im Jahr 2001 nahm Jenkins an der Schauspielerei teil. debütierte mit Auftritt im Film Rock Star.
