Thomas Harper Ince ist ein US-amerikanischer Stummfilmproduzent, Regisseur, Drehbuchautor und Schauspieler. Ince wird als "Vater des Westens" bezeichnet und ist für die Produktion von mehr als 800 Filmen verantwortlich. Er revolutionierte die Filmindustrie, indem er Hollywoods erstes großes Studio gründete und erfand die Filmproduktion, indem er ein "Online"-Filmproduktionssystem einführte. Dann baute er etwa 1,6 km von Triangle entfernt ein neues Studio, das heute der Standort der Culver Studios ist.
