Dean Arnold Corll is an American serial killer who kidnapped, raped, tortured and murdered at least 28 young men and young men between 1970 and 1973 in Houston, Texas. He was helped by two teenage accomplices, David Owen Brooks and Elmer Wayne Henley. The crime, known as the Houston Mass Murderer, came to light after Henley shot and killed Corll.
