Kristen Heather Gilbert is an American serial killer and former nurse who has been convicted of four murders and two murders of patients admitted to the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Northampton, Massachusetts. It caused cardiac arrest in patients by injecting large doses of epinephrine into their intravenous therapy pouch, a heart stimulant that could not be found. She will then respond to an encrypted emergency, usually resuscitating the patient herself. While it is believed that she may be responsible for 350 or more deaths, her only confirmed victims are Stanley Jagodowski, Henry Hudon, Kenneth Cutting and Edward Skwira.
