It sees all 50 U.S. states, five territories, and Washington, D.C. compete for the title of Best Original Song. The contest took place between March 21 and May 9, 2022, and aired on NBC. The show is hosted by Snoop Dogg and Kelly Clarkson. The contest was won by Oklahoma with the song "Wonderland" by singer AleXa.
