Gary Patterson
Gary Allen Patterson is a former American football player and coach. He is the head football coach of Texas Christian University and the most successful coach in Horned Frogs history. Patterson led the TCU Horned Frog to six conference championships - a Conference USA title in 2002; four Mountain West Conference titles in 2005, 2009, 2010 and 2011; and a Big 12 Conference title in 2014 - and nine Bowl wins - including wins at the 2011 Rose Bowl and the 2014 Peach Bowl. His 2010 team ended the season unbeaten with 13–0 after the Rose Bowl victory. 21–19 over the Wisconsin Badgers on New Years Day 2011, and placed second in the final total of the two major polls. He is currently the second long-term coach with an FBS program, behind only Kirk Ferentz of the University of Iowa.
