Gavin David Seim is an American freelance and freelance activist, filmmaker and photographer. He posted a viral and controversial video on the Internet titled “Citizen Pulls Cop Over”. He also organized an "I will not respect" protest and posted a video on the same topic. In 2014, he unsuccessfully ran for the United States House of Representatives as a Republican. Seim claimed illegal behavior on the part of the court and the prosecutor, including a petition forcing him to unlock his phone and claiming he refused to comply.
