Jorge Armando Arce Armenta, known as Jorge Arce, is a former Mexican professional boxer who competed from 1996 to 2014. He is a multiple-time world champion and the second Mexican boxer to win the world title in four weight categories. During a sublimation career, Arce held the WBO flyweight lightweight belt from 1998 to 1999; WBC titles and linear light from 2002 to 2004; the title of WBO Super Fly 2010; the 2011 WBO Children's Feather Class title; and the WBO bantamweight title from 2011 to 2012. In addition, he held the WBC Temporary Flyweight title from 2005 to 2006, the WBA temporary super fly title from 2008 to 2009 and once challenged for the WBC featherweight title in his last match in 2014. Arce remains a boxer favorite among boxing fans and also the brother of champion contender Francisco Arce Armenta.
