Dorothy Megan Lowe is an English cricket player who plays primarily as a right-arm bowler. She appeared in four test matches for England in 1949. She played domestic cricket for Middlesex, as well as various other Composite tournaments. Lowe made her first match against Australia in Adelaide in January 1949. She played her last Test on the same tour, meeting New Zealand, in Auckland in March of the same year. She scored a total of 77 points, with the highest score of 25 and got 4 shots, with the best record of 3/34. Lowe was also a teacher and principal of St. Independent Girls Boarding School. Stephen's College from 1964 to 1968. She turned 100 years old in November 2015. In May 2017, Lowe died at her home in Canterbury, at the age of 101
