Owain Arthur, is a Welsh actor who was best known for his role as Francis Henshall in the movie One Man, Two Guvnors at the Royal Haymarket Theater. His early years spent on Bangor, Wales to shoot the S4C Rownd a Rownd series, while attending the performing arts school, Ysgol Glanaethwy. Arthur then trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. He has also worked extensively in UK television roles. He also voiced Lofty in the 2018 video game Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom.
