Music talent competition series with elements that originated Endemol's Star Academy franchise. The first three seasons of the show also served as the national final to select the Spanish entry for the Eurovision Song Contest.

The original run of the series began on La 1 from 2001 to 2004. It moved to Telecinco from 2005 to 2011 before being cancelled. It was revived again in October of 2017, returning to La 1.
