Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun Haji Yusof bin Ishak adalah seorang politikus Singapura yang menjabat sebagai presiden pertama Singapura yang dipilih oleh Majelis Nasional Singapura, menjabat dari tahun 1965 hingga 1970. Yusof menjabat tiga periode sebelumnya. Meninggal 23 November 1970 karena gagal jantung. . Potretnya muncul di Seri Potret Uang Kertas Singapura diperkenalkan pada 1999. Sebelum menjadi kepala negara, Yusof adalah seorang jurnalis terkemuka dan salah satu pendiri Utusan Melayu, beredar hingga 9 September 10 tahun 2019.
