Abraham Fortas è stato un avvocato e giurista americano che ha lavorato come Associate Justice della Corte Suprema degli Stati Uniti dal 1965 al 1969. Nato e cresciuto a Memphis, nel Tennessee, Fortas si è laureato alla Yale Law School.
