Birch Evans Bayh III è un avvocato, lobbista e politico per il Partito Democratico degli Stati Uniti che ha servito come senatore degli Stati Uniti dall'Indiana dal 1999 al 2011 e 46° governatore dell'Indiana dal 1989 al 1997.
