Felix Frankfurter è un avvocato, professore e giurista americano che ha prestato servizio come giudice associato presso la Corte Suprema degli Stati Uniti. Frankfurter ha prestato servizio presso la Corte Suprema dal 1939 al 1962 ed è stato un forte sostenitore del rispetto giudiziario nelle sentenze dei tribunali. Frankfurter è nato a Vienna, in Austria, ed è emigrato a New York all'età di 12 anni. Dopo essersi laureato alla Harvard Law School, Frankfurter ha lavorato per il Segretario alla Guerra Henry L.
