Geoffrey Lancaster AM è un pianista e direttore d'orchestra australiano. Nato a Sydney, è cresciuto a Dubbo, NSW, prima di trasferirsi a Canberra. Ha frequentato la Canberra School of Music, dove ha studiato pianoforte con Larry Sitsky. Ha anche studiato al Conservatorio di Sydney, ha ottenuto un dottorato in filosofia e ha anche completato il suo Master presso l'Università della Tasmania.
