Peter Edward "Ginger" Baker è un batterista inglese e co-fondatore della rock band Cream. Il suo lavoro negli anni '60 e '70 gli è valso la reputazione di "primo batterista superstar del rock", con uno stile che fonde jazz e ritmi africani, e un pioniere del jazz e della world music.
