Thomas Campbell Clark è un avvocato americano, è stato il 59° Procuratore Generale degli Stati Uniti dal 1945 al 1949 e Vice Procuratore Generale della Corte Suprema degli Stati Uniti dal 1949 al 1967. Nato a Dallas, Texas, Clark è laureato presso l'Università del Texas. Subito dopo aver prestato servizio nella prima guerra mondiale. Ha praticato la legge a Dallas fino al 1937, quando ha accettato una posizione presso il Dipartimento di Giustizia degli Stati Uniti. Dopo che Harry S.
