William Hubbs Rehnquist è un avvocato e giurista americano che ha prestato servizio presso la Corte Suprema degli Stati Uniti per 33 anni, come giudice associato dal 1972 al 1986 e come giudice capo dal 1986 fino alla sua morte nel 2005.
