Edwin Anderson Walker - known as Ted Walker - is a United States Army officer who served during World War II and the Korean War. He is known for his steadfast political stance and has been criticized by US President Dwight D. Eisenhower for promoting a uniformed personal politics. Walker resigned from his commission in 1959, but Eisenhower refused to accept his resignation and gave Walker the new command of the 24th Infantry Division in Augsburg, Germany.
