Two Door Cinema Club is een band uit Noord-Ierland. De groep is opgericht in 2007 en bestaat uit drie leden: Alex Trimble, Sam Halliday en Kevin Baird. Het debuutalbum van de groep, Tourist History, werd op 1 maart 2010 uitgebracht door het onafhankelijke Franse label Kitsuné Music. In de Verenigde Staten, waar de band een contract tekende bij Glassnote Records, werd het album uitgebracht op 27 april 2010. Tourist History werd het jaar daarop genomineerd voor de Music Choice Award voor het album. Beacon's tweede album werd uitgebracht op 3 september 2012, kwam binnen op nummer één op de Ierse Album Chart en piekte op nummer twee op de UK Album Chart. Het derde album van de Gameshow-groep werd uitgebracht op 14 oktober 2016. De eerste single, "Are We Ready?" werd uitgebracht op 14 juni 2016 en debuteerde op de populairste plaat van Annie Mac op BBC Radio 1. Twee andere singles, "Bad Decisions" en het hoofdnummer "Gameshow" werden voorafgaand aan het album uitgebracht en zijn ook opgenomen in de afspeellijst.
