Duane Charles "Bill" Parcells, ook wel bekend als "Big Tuna", is een voormalig American football-coach die 19 seizoenen lang hoofdcoach was van de National Football Federation. Hij kwam naar voren als de hoofdcoach van de New York Giants, het team waar hij naar twee Super Bowl-titels leidde.
