Joseph Alberto Santiago is een Filipijns-Amerikaanse gitarist en componist. Santiago, actief sinds 1986, is vooral bekend als leadgitarist van de Amerikaanse alternatieve rockband Pixies. Na het uiteenvallen van de band in 1993 produceerde Santiago partituren voor film- en televisiedocumentaires, en richtte hij The Martinis op met zijn ex-vrouw, Linda Mallari. Hij heeft ook bijgedragen aan albums van Charles Douglas en voormalig Pixies-bandgenoot Frank Black. Santiago hervatte zijn rol als leadgitarist van de Pixies toen ze in 2004 herenigd werden. Santiago beschreef zijn gitaartechniek als "hoekig en gebogen", en hij citeert Les Paul, George Harrison, Chet Atkins, Wes Montgomery, Joe Pass en Jimi Hendrix als grote invloeden op zijn stijl.
